The KFC Bodmin development is now one year open and operating well.  The contract defects period has now completed and with minimal maintenance required the building has presented a well constructed unit (Rhos Construction Ltd).

The site is successful and the adjacent car wash operation and Padstow Pasty outlet, which was part of the same development and contract is also proving popular.
